Supporting Europe’s university-level founders with Start Crew

Following the success of our last Start Crew partnership back in October, we’re coming back together with The Family to offer some of Europe’s university-level founders support and advice as part of Start Crew #3.

Taking place on the weekend of the 15th March, more than 30 entrepreneurs from all over Europe will gather in Berlin to take part in a jam-packed schedule of networking, workshops, and early-stage founder specific mentoring sessions from some of the city’s top startup talent.

Here at NEXT, entrepreneurs are our priority. By taking part in the next round of Start Crew, we continue to support and guide Europe’s most talented founders at the very start of their careers. Once again, Samsung NEXT Europe’s Ricardo Mendez, Jakob Fricke, and Nick Nigam will join the Start Crew ranks of mentors and workshops hosts.

If you or someone you know is interested in taking part, this is the criteria:

  • University student or recent graduate (no more than 3 years)
  • You are solving a problem at scale in any of the following areas: mobile SaaS; decentralization; gaming; IoT; smart cities; blockchain; or digital health
  • You have already launched or at least have a landing page, MVP, or have a community
  • You have a willingness to learn, share, and grow with other like-minded people

And last but not least, you must be located in Europe!

Not sure if Start Crew is right for you? Here’s what some successful applicants said about Start Crew #2:

“The weekend was great! It really boosted us … The most useful aspect for our team was definitely the 1-2-1 sessions with the experts, they were invaluable.” – cPark founder

“Thank you to the entire team and all the founders for making the weekend truly exceptional. Our heads and hearts are full!” – Keynoa founder

“All sessions brought value and there was not one session that wasn’t useful in some way. But what I liked most is the atmosphere you managed to create… it created enough space to talk to startup peers as well as to “process” and discuss all the new topics within the team.” – Mablo founder

The deadline for applications is the 27th of February so head over to the Start Crew application form to enroll in the application process.
