What’s NEXT Live at CES – Day 2
Day two at CES was hit with some technical difficulties, as the power went out in the main hall of the conference. But that didn’t impact the What’s NEXT Live soundstage in Eureka Park, where we had another great lineup of interviews with founders, tech visionaries, and executives.
During today’s session we heard from:
- LISNR CEO Rodney Williams, who talked about how he founded the company as part of a StartupBus competition and how ultrasonic audio technology will change how devices talk to one another
- Samsung NEXT’s new head of product Travis Bogard, who discussed what attracted him to join our group and what technologies he’s keen on exploring.
- Kite and Lightning head of studio Jennifer Chavarria, who previewed the studio’s upcoming Bebylon interactive social game, as well as the promise of virtual reality, and
- Vaynermedia’s Gary Vaynerchuk, who talked about the art of entrepreneurship and gave advice to founders looking to build their own tech companies.
We have one more day of interviews ahead, where we’ll chat with folks from IoT pioneer SmartThings, 3D video startup 2Sens, as well as Paramount Pictures. If you’re in Vegas on Thursday, stop by and say hello!
